The Creative Process

I've been asked continually how I create new offerings quickly and profitably. For example, my recent decision to create a Common Sense Consulting portfolio of value has resulted in a sold-out teleconference, sold-out workshop, and what will probably be 1,000 subscribers to a weekly video series—which is already produced for distribution.
All of the design, production, and initial promotion took place within three weeks.
In "The Creative Process" I will work directly with attendees to develop ideas and intellectual property around their expertise, which can be launched into very short-term monetization, including:
- Sources for the ideas
- Identifying the audience
- Selecting value-laden vehicles
- Creating drama and excitement
and most importantly:
- Maximizing the publicity
- Minimizing design and production time
- Having the freedom to fail and confidence to triumph
I'll demonstrate with individuals one-on-one in front of the full group, use teams to hone the ideas, refine and improve the approaches, and everyone will leave with a plan that includes the IP, vehicles, and promotional options.
Once mastered, you can obviously duplicate this process. Whether a thousand dollar workshop with fifty participants, or a hundred dollar video series with a thousand participants, we'll create the process to harness your creativity to improve others' abilities and build your own business (and future). We'll propel you to the metaphoric "next level."
